Mi experiencia con Manuel y Begoña .. digo sus nombre y no el de la asesoría .. porque yo como cliente desde hace ya más de 10 años no son tributa ley . Son Manuel y Begoña .

After working with them for 1 year, I can say that I do not recommend them for managing your company's accounting. Here are my reasons for this:
1. Very poor communication. Answers to any question posed came very vague and succinct, which from the beginning led me to suspect that they don't know their field of work very well. After one year, I can reflect and say I was 100% correct.
2. Not professional. Mistakes in the documents for the constitution of the company. One year later we are still correcting details regarding the company information which are inaccurate. Also missing invoices to be added or inaccurate and wrongly calculated "renta" (tax declaration) led my company to lose a lot of money, and while paying them for accounting services... paying for mismanaging the company's accounting.
3. More unprofessionalism. Invoiced for "services" that they performed without previously informing. Random invoices popped up and when explanations were requested, either they never came or were short and vague.
3. Even more unprofessionalism. They lack experience working with EU member companies. When discussing with one of their employee, their answer was "Lets do it like this and see what hacienda will say later"... Terribly disappointing when you realize that your company's future is in the hands of the wrong people.
4. There is no concept of quality of services. They have no clue how to provide they service with quality and my impression is that they don't care. If you do, I don't recommend this company by any means.
5. No idea about communication etiquette or efficient communication. Emails that are rule, written in all caps without any introduction or endings are normal here. Information was contradicting many times.
6. They prefer phone conversations instead of email. When asking details about a particular issue, they would call and flood you with a lot of details that a lot of times needed some clarifications. When I asked for them to better put this in an email, they would forget and come back to a phone call. My impression was either that they were not sure themselves (incompetent) or didn't know how to use properly email communication (also a possibility). For the latter there is a quick solution through a training.
7. The list goes on, but I don't want to recall all the mess that was. Thank God that we found now an actual accounting firm that meets all my expectations... and thank God that we are passed this episode.
If I would summarize to one word our experience I would say it was a disaster that I've walked into myself and stayed there in hope that things would improve. After starting to lose money I've realized that it was time to cut the losses and get out as soon as possible.
