Trying to buy a house and they were acting for the vendor. My solicitor tried to make contact with the lawyer acting - 6 times without a response. No professional etiquette!
I went to their office 6 times also with the same negative result - no respect!
I needed a copy of the identification document of the seller so that I can change ownership of the car that was included in the sale. Went to the office twice - usual result - no response.
I needed a tax certificate and talked to their expert, 15 minute interview and paid 300 euros. She did not make contact again and, as a result had to pay a retention fee to the tax office of 5,000 euros. I have asked for my money back - guess what? NO RESPONSE!!
I suspect that I will now have to sue the vendor of the house for the value of the car - 6,000 euros, as otherwise it is of no value to me whatsoever.
Lo que realmente pasó aquí es lo siguiente: Usted vino a nuestro despacho para que le ayudásemos a obtener un certificado de residencia fiscal porque su abogado o no se encargaba de eso, o no podía/sabía cómo obtenerlo. Se le explicó desde el principio que había que aportar cierta documentación a Hacienda para demostrar que Usted era residente fiscal en España y nunca la aportó, a pesar de que se recordó en numerosas ocasiones, tanto por teléfono como por email, y fue Usted el que nunca nos aportó la documentación solicitada. Nosotros hicimos el trabajo hasta donde Usted nos permitió y luego se le devolvieron parte de los honorarios pagados por el trabajo hecho hasta ese momento y no terminado por la falta de información no facilitada por su parte. ES MÁS, EN LA COMPRA DE SU VIVIENDA USTED RETUVO UN DINERO A NUESTRO CLIENTE PARA POSIBLES PAGOS DE FACTURAS PENDIENTES Y SEGUIMOS A LA ESPERA DE QUE NOS JUSTIFIQUE EN QUÉ HA EMPLEADO ESE DINERO Y LE DEVUELVA A NUESTRO CLIENTE EL SOBRANTE.
